All original frameworks, naming systems, product architectures, and behavioral technology created by Tou Tong Vang — including SkunkCoach™, Skunkology™, Stink-Free Flow™, and related works — are protected as founder intellectual property.

Proprietary Systems​

  • Behavioral change systems
  • Productivity optimization algorithms
  • User engagement protocols
  • Mood-based productivity modes

Product Architectures​

  • SquadUp app architecture and design
  • HausFlow system design and implementation
  • Tempo platform framework and methodology
  • User experience design patterns
  • Software development methodologies

Licensing Agreement​

These assets are licensed to Mavaro Systems LLC for commercial use.

License Terms:​

  • Exclusive Commercial License: Mavaro Systems LLC has exclusive rights to commercialize these assets
  • Geographic Scope: Worldwide commercial use rights
  • Duration: Perpetual license for the life of the company
  • Royalties: Licensed assets generate revenue for the company and ultimately benefit the founder

Future Development​

Any future developments, improvements, or extensions of these core frameworks remain under founder IP protection and are automatically included in the commercial license to Mavaro Systems LLC.
