Scope of Assignment
Work Product Coverage
This assignment covers all intellectual property created by employees, contractors, and contributors, including:
Types of Work Product
- Source Code: All software code, applications, and programming work
- Design Assets: User interface designs, graphics, logos, and visual elements
- Documentation: Technical documentation, user guides, and specifications
- Methodologies: Business processes, development methodologies, and frameworks
- Concepts: Ideas, concepts, and innovations developed during work
Protected Intellectual Property
- Copyright Works: All original works of authorship
- Software Code: Source code, object code, and related documentation
- Trade Secrets: Proprietary methods, processes, and information
- Patents: Patentable inventions and improvements
- Trademarks: Brand names, logos, and service marks developed
Assignment Terms
Exclusive Ownership
- Full Assignment: All rights, title, and interest transferred to company
- Exclusive Rights: Company has exclusive ownership and control
- Perpetual Rights: Assignment is permanent and irrevocable
- Worldwide Rights: Assignment covers all territories and jurisdictions
No Rights Retention
No reuse, resale, sublicensing, or portfolio usage without written approval.
Prohibited Uses
- Using work product for personal or competitive purposes
- Including work product in personal portfolios or demos
- Sharing work product with third parties without permission
- Using work product as reference for other projects
- Re-selling or re-licensing work product
Protection Measures
Confidentiality
- All work product considered confidential until publicly released
- No disclosure of work product to unauthorized parties
- Protection of trade secrets and proprietary information
- Compliance with all confidentiality agreements
Future Rights
- Future improvements and modifications also assigned
- Derivative works based on original work also owned by company
- Updates and enhancements become company property
- Integration with other works does not affect ownership
Legal Protections
Company Rights

Contributor Acknowledgment
Contributors acknowledge that:
- They have no rights to work product after assignment
- Company may use work product without attribution if desired
- Company may modify, enhance, or combine work with other materials
- Work product may be used for any commercial or non-commercial purpose
Enforcement
Legal Remedies
- Company may pursue legal action for unauthorized use
- Immediate injunctive relief available for violations
- Monetary damages including lost profits and attorney fees
- Enhanced damages for willful infringement
Protection Scope
- All assignments are backed by full legal enforcement
- Company protects its intellectual property aggressively

Documentation Requirements
